spring meal

I enjoyed my first spring meal outside in our backyard the other day with a friend.

I made a carrot, sweet potato, ginger, and coriander soup -perfect for keeping warm from the slight chill still in the air.

I grilled up some yellow zucchini with honey for our mixed green and spinach salad, and pan-fried some homemade potato chips until perfect crispy golden brown.
